About the Event
We will be backpacking the boy scout trail in Joshua Tree National Park - we will be able to stop whenever & wherever we want to camp, making this a completely isolated experience. If you are new to backpacking, this is the perfect opportunity to try it out. The hike is almost completely flat and flexible to our abilities - likely we will only hike a couple miles.
The total cost is $30, which covers:

This price is the minimum we can charge to cover costs. For activities, this is the price we are paying for the event. For campouts, we cover costs such as food, campsite, and transportation fees for each participant. AFL has a No Refunds policy described here. If finances would prevent you from attending this activity or campout, please refer to the AFL Assistance Fund information at the bottom of the Events Page, we would love to help out.
