Event Pricing

The amount we charge for campouts, activities, and other other events are the minimum we can charge to cover food, campsite, and transportation costs for each participant, including any other additional expenses. AFL has a no refunds policy described below. If finances would prevent you from attending any event, please refer to the AFL Assistance Fund information at the bottom of the Events Page, we would love to help out.

Refund Policy

AFL has a firm "no refunds" policy regarding registration and event fees. All funds are used for operational expenses such as the procurement of campsite reservations, equipment, supplies, and food based on expected number of participants. As a non-profit organization, we only charge enough to cover these expenses, therefore we hope you understand why this policy is necessary to continue operation of the organization.
