Payment Information:
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: If you registered on or before February 14, the cost for this campout is $100.
REGULAR REGISTRATION: As of February 14, the price for this trip is $125.
These prices are the minimum we can charge to cover food and campsite costs for each participant. If finances would prevent you from attending this trip, please refer to the AFL Assistance Fund information at the bottom of the page, we would love to help out.
Refund Policy
This price is the minimum we can charge to cover costs. For activities, this is the price we are paying for the event. For campouts, we cover costs such as food, campsite, and transportation fees for each participant. AFL has a No Refunds policy described here. If finances would prevent you from attending this activity or campout, please refer to the AFL Assistance Fund information at the bottom of the Events Page, we would love to help out.
